Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements for automation and reporting solutions.
- Develop interactive, user-friendly Power BI reports and dashboards tailored to business needs.
- Leverage DAX and M Language for data transformation, modeling, and advanced analytics in Power BI.
- Design and integrate Power BI connectors with MS Power Apps in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Apply data modeling techniques to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform rigorous testing and validation to ensure data integrity and solution reliability.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, enhancing their proficiency with Power BI tools and features.
- Collaborate effectively with non-technical leadership and team members regularly.
- Foster teamwork by communicating efficiently and ensuring timely project delivery.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies to support the teams development processes.
Qualifications
Experience : 25 years as a Power BI Developer or similar role.
Technical Skills :
Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and debugging skills to translate business requirements into impactful solutions.
Soft Skills :
Certifications : Power Platform or related certifications are a plus.
