- Required Education / Experience : Undergraduate degree in engineering discipline with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a heavy industrial chemical plant operations managing multidisciplined capital projectsExperience managing full lifecycle of project with budgets up to 5 millionDirectly influence design, operational preparations, vedor construction management, cost, and project deadline tracking by providing appropriate leadership and technical skillsLead and participate in cross functional corporate planning meetings focused on identifying opportunities for improvement and expand product capabilitiesDevelop and submit multi-year forecast for continued capital investment projectsProficient with 2D CAD application for drafting / project designPreferred Education / Experience : Undergraduate in Chemical Engineering with 3 years of direct experience managing capital projects in a refinery, petro-chemical, or relevant heavy industrial distillation processAdvanced proficiency troubleshooting piping, pressure vessel, and rotating equipment used in continuous high heat distillation chemical processesExperience working with blow still oxidation processesPMP certification, formal project management training, or proven PM skills through application
