We seek a results-driven Regional Manager to lead multiple Sales Centers across Alabama. This pivotal role is responsible for sales growth, operational excellence, and strategic leadership within a well-established wholesale distributor of HVAC, refrigeration, and food service equipment, parts, and supplies. What You’ll Do :
Lead & Develop Sales Centers : Manage multiple locations, set performance targets, and ensure seamless operations.
Drive Revenue Growth : Secure new accounts, expand contractor relationships, and execute winning sales strategies.
Oversee Operations : Manage warehouse, delivery, showroom, and warranty services while optimizing efficiency.
Manage Financial Performance : Oversee P&L, pricing strategies, and inventory investments to maximize profitability.
Collaborate & Mentor : Work closely with Sales Center and Operations Managers to enhance productivity and team success.
What You Bring :
- 5-10 years of operational experience in HVAC distribution (wholesale HVAC supply house experience required).
- Strong expertise in HVAC equipment and product lines at a wholesale level.
- 3-5 years of experience managing residential & commercial contractor relationships.
- Proven success in sales, marketing, operations, and business growth strategies.
- Leadership experience : Ability to mentor teams, set goals, and drive results.
- Strong financial acumen – experience analyzing P&L statements, sales reports, and market data.
- Excellent negotiation, customer service, and communication skills at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & business reporting tools.
