Key Responsibilities :
Client Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture.
- Provide expert advice on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Candidate Sourcing and Placement :
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Match candidates to client requirements based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
