Job Description:
In this role, your primary job is to maintain our warehouse inventory based on the most common service needs of Field Technicians, and order out-of-stock items through main supplier as needed. You will be providing parts inventory reports to the Warehouse Manager before ordering for approval. You will also receive new parts and reconcile accounts upon arrival. You will be supplying technicians with needed parts that are available and account and track it using our system. Our ideal candidate has experience in the gaming industry and a working understanding of various gaming components.
Parts Receiving Coordinator Responsibilities:
· Maintain, organize and replenish parts inventory.
· Locate parts using our computer system.
· Order out-of-stock items.
· Provide parts inventory reports.
· Order parts using our Navision System.
· Receive new parts and assign to correct location.
· Provide parts to technician based on daily needs.
· Communicate with shipping department of parts needed for daily shipments.
· Initiate and manage Interblock re-ordering of parts – PO Management.
· When necessary, properly and correctly upload firmware to necessary parts in timely manner to ensure all shipments go out as planned and not delayed.
· Manage and complete all in-house tickets, reducing inventory in WIP.
Parts Receiving Coordinator Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Gaming Industry experience (preferred)
- Mechanical knowledge or repair experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer skills
