Job Description:
Entry level production team members are responsible for assisting with preparation and assembly of electronic table games. As a member of the production team, you will be working for production and quality managers to ensure games are assembled to quality standards in a timely manner. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to kick-start their career in the gaming industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Work with production team to prepare game play stations, centers, and components within scheduling timeline to successfully pass quality inspection post-assembly.
· Coordinate with production manager for component sourcing in sequence that meets customer specifications required for first pass through quality testing.
· Perform play station and center component add-ons with guidance of senior production manager or lead.
· Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues arising throughout the production process.
· Responsible for assisting the production management with recording a logging of incoming parts, components, and software versions used in production process.
· Studies records and recommends remedial actions for reported non-usable, faulty parts, and unusual issues with gaming assets.
· Reviews records for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures, and to determine accuracy of serial numbers and adequacy of stock levels.
· Follow procedures and guidance from production manager, quality manager, and senior production leads.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or greater educational experience preferred.
· Experience in manufacturing, assembling, or working in electronics.
· License and certification required by Nevada Gaming Commission
· Ability to problem solve, follow instruction, and work in a team setting.
· Strong motivation and willingness to improve upon and work in a fast-paced changing environment.
