What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant to the Director of Facilities position at Interboro School District?
QUALIFICATIONS:
- All secretarial duties and correspondence for the Facilities and Transportation Department
- Screening of all telephone calls
- Assist with preparing and filing state reports
- Service calls for all buildings
- Keep service agreements up-to-date for each building for all equipment including preventative maintenance agreements
- When required submit list of all new equipment and transfers of equipment from one building to the othe
- Ensure all external users of facilities have the proper paperwork submitted and updated but not limited to insurance hold harmless agreement, fees, etc.
- Prepare all Purchase Orders
- Prepare invoices for payment
- Place telephone orders for supplies as needed
- Vandalism Report for each building on occurrence
- Enter the budget including all applicable line items
- Prepare all motions, agenda items, and other documents for GBO, and Board meeting along with any other committee meetings.
