QUALIFICATIONS
Performs duties necessary to maintain a clean, sanitary and safe
building with a sparkling appearance
- Full disclosure of past work history
- Experience in operating all floor and rug care equipment
- Experience in operation of snow removal and lawn care equipment
- Reports all items needing repair to appropriate designee
- Reports all safety hazards to appropriate designee
- Provides custodian support service necessary for the proper
operation of the education program
- Act 34, Act 151, and Act 114 clearances, a physical and TB test and all other required paperwork
