Objectives
- Win and grow revenue, with active contribution in pitch processes, a focus on organic growth and selling solutions to extend client relationships
- Be a senior advisor to clients to ensure we deliver on the Interbrand Client Experience promise and Client Centricity goal
- Engage with clients regularly and persuasively to ensure Interbrand’s relevance and capability to maintain go long clients
- Bring connections and networking into the business to diversify and expand our client roster
- Work with Global Director, Growth and Managing Partners to facilitate a seamless client onboarding process
- Attend key industry events and represent Interbrand
- Partner with the New Business team to activate outbound new business initiatives

- Work with the GMA to feed in client work to support with production of case studies and social media posts immediately after work/projects are completed

- Build effective team structures designed to successfully deliver on our Client Centricity goal
- Provide strong team training, mentorship and coaching, enabling teams to produce their best work and client outcomes
- Active participation in end of project feedback cycles, ensuring the wider team also contribute at all times, building a culture of continuous feedback
- Active engagement with performance management processes as required, including Performance Conversations and 360 feedback cycles
- Work with the Performance & Learning team to ensure skills gaps and training needs are addressed
- Identify and engage with top talent in the Work with Talent Acquisition on getting this talent into Interbrand and to conduct interviews were required
- Leading by example, role modelling Interbrand behaviours at all
Operations
- Achieve realisation targets
- Monitor and ensure precise date entry into global systems, LIFT, SalesForce,
NOTE: This is a hybrid role and requires you to be in our NYC office 2-3 days per week
Compensation
- Base salary range of $250K to $300K; discretionary bonus based on company and personal performance
- This range represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of Interbrand in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience; training; associated responsibilities; other business and organizational needs; and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
