InterCare is searching for a full-time Outpatient Therapist to join our team at the Benton Harbor Health Center! Starting Salaries : $57,600 - $73,800 annually LLMSW / LMSW / LPC - offer may be higher based on years of experience.

Requirements
The Outpatient Therapist provides integrated behavioral health services to patients currently receiving primary care services. As a licensed clinician, the Psychotherapist will provide CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and other EBPs (Evidence Based Practices) to improve patients' psychosocial functioning and health, as well as Mental Health and SUD disorder treatment services to children, adolescents and adults.
Description of Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide consultation and assistance to medical providers on the management of behavioral health concerns in primary care and help implement the team-determined treatment plan.
- Conduct comprehensive screenings to evaluate the needs of adults, adolescents, and children for behavioral health intervention, case management, or ongoing mental health or addiction treatment. Provide referrals for more intensive services where appropriate.
- Provide behavioral interventions to engage and motivate Patients to actively manage their care. Conduct follow-up as appropriate based on assessment and treatment. Provide crisis management for patients as needed; make linkages for interventions as appropriate.
- Provide Individual Psychotherapy, Group and Family Psychotherapy as needed.
