Intercare, a rapidly expanding Third-Party Administrator (TPA), seeks an experienced Associate Vice President to join our team and lead operations for one of our exceptional client partnership.
Position Overview
The Associate Vice president will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Claims Division and play a pivotal role in shaping our client service excellence and managing a designated office.
Essential Requirements
- California residency (mandatory)
- Extensive California Workers' Compensation claims experience
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Vast knowledge of 4850 Salary Continuation
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze and adhere to Budgets / Contractual Agreements
