Total Beds : 113
In-House Therapy
Responsibilities :
Provide physical therapy services to residents.
Assist in the development and implementation of individualized therapy plans.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care.
Document patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient care planning.
Qualifications :
Licensed OT Therapist Assistant.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Commitment to providing high-quality care and services to residents.
Benefits :
Competitive salary within the range of $26.36-$28.96 per hour.
Regular weekday hours with no weekend rotations.
