Responsibilities :
Provide comprehensive occupational health therapy services to patients.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients' ability to perform daily activities.
Collaborate with medical staff, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to provide holistic care.
Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and strategies for improving function and quality of life.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.
Qualifications :
Licensed Occupational Health Therapist
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to providing high-quality care and services to patients
Experience in a healthcare facility setting is preferred
