Physical Therapist in Sanford, NC
Location : Sanford, NC
Salary Range : $76,000 - $87,000
Signing Bonus : Commitment bonus of up to $15,000 for qualified candidates
Must-Haves
Bachelor's degree is required
North Carolina Board of Physical Therapy Licensure is required
American Heart Association BLS required within 30 days of hire
Nice-To-Haves
Master's degree or Doctoral degree is preferred
Job Description
Responsible for outpatient and inpatient evaluations, assessments, plans of care, and ongoing physical therapy treatments as prescribed by a licensed physician. Administer treatment plan of care to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease, or physical disability. The therapist must document, promptly, all patient-related information and ensure that patients are charged correctly per departmental and insurance carrier guidelines. The staff therapist participates in departmental operational activities such as the budget, clinical quality, clinical education, infection control, departmental safety, and team-building programs. This position will be 60% inpatient / acute care in the hospital in the mornings and afternoons in the OP clinic.
