Responsibilities :
Provide high-quality physical therapy services to residents.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the specific needs of each resident.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
Educate residents and their families on the therapeutic process and progress.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all treatment sessions and progress notes.
Qualifications :
Licensed Physical Therapist
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Commitment to providing high-quality care and services to residents
Benefits :
Competitive salary within the range of $42-$46 per hour
Regular weekday hours with no weekend rotations
Opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment
Location : Newport,VT
Hours : 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday (No weekend rotation)
