Job Description
A Program Manager serves as the onsite case supervisor and leader, mastering daily case management skills, including developing and overseeing clinical programs, supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and providing education and training for client caregivers. This role requires driving 30 to 60 miles a day and supervising client sessions between 8AM and 6PM on weekdays, with occasional weekend sessions.
