We are seeking a Program Manager to join our Clinical Services team.
Sign-On Bonus: $750
Compensation: $26 - $32 Per Hour
Based on experience, with promotion opportunities to Program Supervisor (salaried)

Requirements:
- Master's degree in relevant field
- In progress with BCBA preferred
- Strong ABA and clinical skills
- Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
The Program Manager will serve as onsite case supervisor and leader, mastering daily case management skills. This includes developing and overseeing clinical programs, supervising BIs, and providing education and training for client caregivers.
This position requires driving 30-60 miles per day and supervising client sessions between 8AM and 6PM weekdays and occasionally on weekends.
This role may require full vaccination for COVID-19 in accordance with all vaccination requirements set forth by Intercare funding sources and pursuant to any guidelines from the California Department of Health.
