**About the Role:**
A Clinical Services Manager will serve in the field as the onsite case supervisor and leader, mastering daily case management skills, including developing and overseeing clinical programs, supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and providing education and training for client caregivers.
This role requires the ability to drive 30 to 60 miles a day and supervise client sessions anytime between 8AM and 6PM on weekdays, and occasionally on weekends.
The ideal candidate will have experience in fields such as behavior analysis, autism, social learning, social skills, developmental conditions, psychology, sociology, social services, children, ABA, and applied behavior analysis.
