We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Services Program Manager to join our team at Intercare Therapy. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing high-quality programs for children and families affected by autism spectrum disorders.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee clinical programs, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Supervise and educate Behavior Intervention Specialists (BIs), enhancing their skills and knowledge.
- Manage daily case management activities, ensuring seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.
**Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Psychology, Sociology, or Social Services.
- Experience in ABA programming, either through coursework or hands-on implementation.
- Strong ABA and clinical skills, excellent written and spoken communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual skills valued.
