What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Program Supervisor position at Intercare Therapy?
At Intercare Therapy, we are dedicated to optimizing the independence and quality of life for children with autism spectrum disorders. We are seeking a skilled Clinical Program Supervisor to lead our clinical programs in the field. As an onsite case supervisor and leader, you will be responsible for mastering daily case management skills, including developing and overseeing clinical programs, supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and providing education and training for client caregivers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and clinical skills, excellent written and spoken communication, time management skills, and interpersonal skills. Bilingual skills are valued. You must be willing to drive 30 to 60 miles a day and supervise client sessions anytime between 8AM and 6PM on weekdays, occasionally on weekends.
