\You will serve in the field as an onsite case supervisor and leader, mastering daily case management skills, including developing and overseeing clinical programs, supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and providing education and training for client caregivers.\Required Skills and Qualifications
\To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and clinical skills. You must also be able to supervise client sessions anytime between 8AM and 6PM on weekdays and occasionally on weekends. Additionally, you should be willing to drive 30 to 60 miles a day.\Benefits
