Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will serve as the onsite case supervisor and leader, responsible for developing and overseeing clinical programs, supervising Behavior Intervention Specialists (BIS), and providing education and training for client caregivers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee clinical programs for children with autism spectrum disorders
- Supervise BISs and provide guidance on best practices in ABA therapy
- Provide education and training for client caregivers on effective strategies for supporting children with autism
- Drive program growth and development through data-driven decision making
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, special education)
- Strong background in ABA therapy and experience working with children with autism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
