Crisis Support Specialist III - Resident / Supervisee
Base salary of $50,000- $55,000 plus incentive eligibility up to $75,000 annually.

We are currently seeking a full-time Crisis Support Specialist III to provide direct care to clients, conduct assessments, and partner with admissions for client placement. The Crisis Support Specialist III will develop Individualized Treatment Plans, provide direct counseling and treatment interventions to children, youth, and adults who are in psychiatric crisis to intervene and stabilize behaviors and prevent psychiatric hospitalization and loss of placement. Assumes a clinical lead in the provision of client services.
Education and Experience Required : A minimum of a Master's Degree in Human Services (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, etc.). Must be licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia Board of Health Professionals as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP, LMHP-R, LMHP-S, LMHP-RP). Relevant clinical experience providing direct clinical services with mental health diagnoses. Experience in leadership, supervision and / or training staff.
