We are currently seeking a Residential Program Coordinator to oversee program quality and compliance with DBHDS and DSS regulations, ensuring effective leadership-based management of program with an emphasis on high quality care delivered in a cost-effective manner. The person selected will maintain weekly communication and/or supervision with the Director of Residential and Specialty Programs. As well as, they will oversee program policies and procedures, staff training, staff morale and development, and serve as a lead for ongoing compliance with DBHDS and DSS regulations.
Education and Experience Required:
Required:
1. A Master's Degree in social work, psychology, or counseling; OR
2. A Bachelor's Degree in social work or psychology with documented field work experience and must be supervised by the program director or other staff employed by the provider with the same qualifications as required by 22VAC40-151-290 D, OR
3. A Bachelor's degree and three year's of professional experience working with children.
Preferred:
Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a Behavioral Health/Human Services field (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology) and a registered QMHP.
