Description

We're looking for an IT administrator who will own and manage our internal IT infrastructure, including SaaS vendors, endpoints and cloud services.

Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solutions-focused and passionate about both keeping systems reliable and end-users happy. You should be comfortable balancing hands-on troubleshooting and setting higher-level strategy for the company.

Role

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure

Create and own processes for seamless onboarding of employees, including device setup, access controls and permissions

Own and maintain our Mobile Device Management (Kandji)

Develop and enforce IT security protocols, including endpoint protection, access controls and monitoring

Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting software, access and other issues

Collaborate with internal and external security teams

Qualifications

Required

3 years of experience in IT administration, ideally in a fast-paced environment like startups

Strong knowledge of MDM, identity provider and similar solutions

Deep proficiency with Apple products

Understanding of security best practices, including access management, endpoint protection and others

Ability to create and execute on higher level IT administration strategy

Bonus

Prior experience in crypto / blockchain companies and understanding of their specific IT / security needs

Scripting experience (e.g. Bash, Powershell, Python) for process automation

Certifications like CCNA, CompTIA Security or others
