How we work
Description : We are looking for a Software Engineer to develop and optimize CometBFT, the consensus engine behind the Cosmos ecosystem.
The ideal candidate believes decentralization and trust minimization are critical to ensuring a bright and open future for the internet. They care deeply about writing clear and maintainable code, not just solving tasks quickly. They believe that thoughtful software design and thorough testing processes speed up, rather than slow down development. Someone who doesn’t enjoy building in public and interacting with their users won’t excel in this role.
