As a General Laborer, you will support the installation and maintenance of solar energy systems. You will work closely with installation teams to ensure efficient and safe project execution while following company and industry standards. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, are comfortable with heights, and have a passion for renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and staging of materials for solar panel installation.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
• Support the assembly and mounting of solar panels, racking, and electrical components.
• Perform general site clean-up and ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with digging trenches, laying conduit, and other groundwork as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to OSHA regulations.
• Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in construction, roofing, or general labor is a plus but not required.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.21 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
