· Financial Modeling and Analysis: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making processes. Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to identify key drivers of profitability, growth, and risk.
· Financial Reporting and Performance Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance analysis reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the company's financial performance and identify areas for improvement. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
· Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Collaborate with departmental managers to develop accurate revenue and expense forecasts, track budget variances, and provide insights to support budgetary decision-making.
· Strategic Planning and Decision Support: Support strategic planning initiatives by conducting financial analyses, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis to evaluate strategic alternatives and investment opportunities. Provide decision support to senior management by assessing the financial implications of business initiatives and projects.
· Financial Risk Management: Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks, including interest rate risk, currency risk, and credit risk. Monitor market conditions and industry trends to anticipate potential risks and opportunities and recommend appropriate risk management strategies.
· Ad-Hoc Analysis and Special Projects: Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as requested by senior management or departmental leaders. Provide analytical support for mergers and acquisitions, capital investment decisions, and other strategic initiatives.
· Financial Systems and Process Improvement: Assist in the implementation and optimization of financial systems, tools, and processes to streamline financial reporting, analysis, and planning activities.
