Overview
Job Purpose
As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for revenue growth and customer retention in your territory for eRecording, eSignature and eNotary products. As our area representative, you will attend industry conferences representing ICE. Your target customer base will be local banks, title companies, attorneys, builders and contractors. Looking for a candidate who can provide coverage in CST/MST time zones.
Responsibilities
- Recontract customers with older pricing into national agreements with volume commitments and price increases.
- Maintain relationships with the assigned accounts and ensure that ICE is meeting their needs and ensuring customer loyalty.
- Cross sell ICE products including data and lien release applications.
- Maintain county relationships and act as an escalation point for their critical issues.
- Prospect the territory aggressively for new opportunities.
- Respond to new leads and vet prospects.
- Up to 25% travel may be needed. In the interim, be effective in a virtual meeting environment.
Knowledge and Experience
- BA/BS required or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of mortgage lending, servicing, title, land records or eRecording experience
- 3 years of successful field sales experience selling technology solutions
- 1 years of selling or supporting eRecording solutions is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proven presentation and negotiation skills’
- Proficiency in office tools a plus
Base Salary Range
The expected base salary for this role is between $80,000 - $140,000. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange’s rewarding and uncapped sales commission incentives. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual. Regular full-time ICE employees are eligible for a suite of competitive employee benefits, including healthcare coverage (medical, dental and vision), a 401(k) plan, life insurance, time off, and paid leave for qualifying circumstances.
