We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Center Operations Lead to join our team at Intercontinental Exchange in Mahwah, NJ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of data center work, ensuring adherence to established procedures and industry best practices
- Provide guidance and instruction to Operations Engineers as needed
- Offer expertise on installation practices and fault finding techniques
- Maintain access control lists and verify daily access reports
- Ensure all maintenance activities are executed and documented in the DCIM
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in data center operations and engineering
- Proven track record of success in supervising a team of Data Center Engineers
- Strong understanding of hardware manufacturer installation standards and knowledge of copper and fibre cabling installations and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
