Your day to day
Guide Regional Talent Calendar & Cycle
- Guide the effective regional implementation of the global talent calendar, talent review and performance cycle to ensure consistency and effective talent management and development of our leadership bench
- Provide regional guidance and communications in partnership with Talent Partners to ensure consistency and timely implementation of talent cycle practices across the region for HR, Leaders and colleagues
Lead Cross-Functional Talent Pools & Mobility
- Lead the effective tracking, implementation and facilitation of cross functional talent pools as appropriate, working with Talent Partners and HRBPs, to build an enterprise pipeline and track development
- Manage the regional utilization of our talent system to enable talent pools and talent mobility across the region and ultimately enterprise
Drive Accountability, Consistency and Quality in Talent Practices
- Partner with Global and GPS on talent system implementation and improvement to ensure effective regional talent delivery
- Deliver Quarterly Talent & Inclusion Data & Analytics to track progress and celebrate successes in order to drive accountability and decision-making
- Assess effectiveness of our processes that drive high performance including quality goals, practices, talent movement – to understand what is working well and what is not – in order to ensure continuous improvement opportunities and high performance
Celebrate and Embed High Performance Culture and Behaviors
- Champion high performance behaviors and actions, integrating inclusion, to ensure a high-performance culture and collaboration with HRBPs to foster feedback, powerful manager-colleague conversations (ELEVATE 1:1s), development and wellbeing
- Provide, reinforce and support capability building, learning and content that fosters high performance and inclusive leadership behaviors from development solutions, resources in partnership with Corporate Learning/Leadership team.
- Consult on Development, inclusion, team effectiveness solutions
Consult/Design/Deliver on Key Global Talent Initiatives and Regional Initiatives
- Contribute to development, continuous improvement of global initiatives, programs
- Support the development and implementation of global and regional corporate learning and leadership initiatives, e.g., accelerated development programs, corporate early careers talent programs.
- Collaborate closely with other internal partners (Talent Acquisition, Corporate Communications, Rewards, HRIS, HR Analytics) ensuring integrated, proactive project and communications plans for seamless execution.
What we need from you
- Experience in talent management/ development role and/or experience as a HRBP in designing and delivering talent solutions
- Sound understanding of talent and performance frameworks and which levers to pull to strengthen talent pipeline
- Role model for ‘Build One Team’ mindset – A leader that people want to work for and a strong relationship builder able to collaborate and influence
- Analytical mindset – actively uses data to form insights and spot opportunities
- Practical outlook – high standards but has a strong 80/20 mindset, and can deliver at pace
- Ability to simplify the complex – in presentation/ articulation of an idea on paper or in a meeting
- Strong coach – able to share feedback and insights – not afraid to talk straight/ transparently
- Agile meeting facilitation skills; able to effectively address questions, manage in-room dynamics, and challenge perspectives at all levels of the organization with expertise and grace
- Hunger to continuously learn and understands best practice, latest thinking and builds networks externally
Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in the ATLANTA office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $150,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K and other benefits to employees.
