GENERAL PURPOSE
Builds a first impression for the guests by providing punctual, courteous and efficient handling of requests, including check-in and checkout, cashier registers and answering calls.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Prioritize and organize work
- Available afternoons and evenings on weekdays and weekends
- Previous experience with OPERA and other IHG systems preferred but not required
- Able to read, write and communicate in the English language
- Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
- Work with minimal supervision
- Greet guests in a friendly and sincere manner
- Checking guests in and out in a professional manner
- Respond to guest inquiries in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Count money accurately and handle cash, cards, checks and vouchers vigilantly
- Provide concierge services
- Transmit and receive messages using a telephone
- Provide satisfactory overall customer service
- Be of assistance to the Bellperson/Shuttle Driver
