What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Cleaning, Supervisor (Relief) - InterContinental San Francisco position at InterContinental?
This is a relief position currently scheduled two days per week.
The secret ingredient in every single dish served in our restaurants and hotel is a pinch of hard work behind the scenes. We’re looking for a supervisor to help our overnight cleaning team make every experience memorable by setting and maintaining exceptional standards in our public areas as well as out heart-of-the-house.
You'll need a high degree of organization and an exceptional eye for detail.
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Coordinating, delegating, and supervising the work of a large crew, identifying deficiencies throughout the night and ensuring correction before sunrise. .
- Cleaning and sterilizing floors, restrooms, elevators, countertops, walls, stoves, ovens, grills, sinks and cooking equipment. This includes both indoor and outdoor space.
What we need from you:
- Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in the same or similar role.
- Previous experience as a Night Porter a plus.
- Experience working in a busy environment and working to deadlines
- Willingness to learn new things and work as part of a wider hotel team
What you can expect from us:
The hourly pay range for this role is $23.73 to $31.64.
