About the Role:
The Process Engineer II position is a critical component of our New Product Introduction (NPI) process. This role requires a strong understanding of chemical processing concepts, including heat transfer, mass flow, and instrumental & statistical analysis.
As a Process Engineer II, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D Formulation Chemists, Technical & Operational Manufacturing, Packaging, and Marketing/Product Development.
Essential Functions:
- Design and implement manufacturing solutions that meet quality and regulatory requirements.
- Investigate out-of-specification manufacturing non-conformances and create effective corrective and preventive action plans.
- Active participation in the understanding and resolution of new/existing manufacturing issues.
