About This Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team at InterDent. As a key member of our HR department, you will support the administration, coordination, and evaluation of the HR function for all dental offices in California and Hawaii.
This role focuses on employee relations and HR support in a multi-site environment, serving 30 offices throughout these two states.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the business units being supported and manage all employee relations issues throughout the region.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, directors, and executives.
- Support Regional Vice President and Directors of Operations in implementing performance improvement strategies.
- Work with Operations leaders regarding regional development needs.
- Coach leaders on performance management, behavioral issues, policy interpretations, and terminations to minimize legal exposure.
- Facilitate and mediate interventions to resolve conflict.
