About Our Company
InterDent provides business support services to dental practices in the western United States. We have corporate offices in El Segundo, CA and Vancouver, WA.
This full-time, hybrid position requires a minimum of 4 days onsite per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Human Resources Specialist will support the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the HR function for all dental offices in California and Hawaii.
- This role focuses on employee relations and HR support in a multi-site environment, serving 30 offices throughout these two states.
Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the business units being supported and manage all employee relations issues throughout the region.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, directors, and executives.
- Support Regional Vice President and Directors of Operations in implementing performance improvement strategies.
- Work with Operations leaders regarding regional development needs.
- Coach leaders on performance management, behavioral issues, policy interpretations, and terminations to minimize legal exposure.
- Facilitate and mediate interventions to resolve conflict.
