Job Description : Account Manager, Influencer MarketingPosition Overview

Interdependence is looking for a talented Account Manager, Influencer Marketing to lead influencer campaigns and drive brand success. This role will focus on managing client relationships, executing campaigns, and collaborating with influencers and internal teams to create impactful content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Collaboration : Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring alignment on goals, strategies, and deliverables.
  • Campaign Management : Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Influencer Engagement : Identify, vet, and negotiate with influencers to ensure brand alignment and successful partnerships.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and analytics, to align on campaign objectives and ensure seamless execution.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination : Partner with paid media and PR teams to amplify influencer content and maximize campaign reach.
  • Content Oversight : Collaborate with influencers to guide content creation, ensuring it meets brand standards and resonates with target audiences.
  • Performance Analysis : Monitor campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations in post-campaign reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and client management skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, influencer tools, and analytics.
