Position Overview:
Interdependence is seeking a strategic and results-driven Paid Media Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for our clients. The ideal candidate has a strong background in paid media strategy, campaign management, and data analysis within a public relations or digital marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across digital platforms, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), search (Google Ads), display, and programmatic advertising.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from planning and audience targeting to optimization and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with account teams to align paid media strategies with overall public relations and marketing objectives.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns in real time to ensure efficiency and maximum ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance data and generate insights to inform future strategies and recommendations.
- Conduct A/B testing on creative assets, copy, and targeting strategies to improve ad performance.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging paid media opportunities.
- Provide detailed reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders on campaign performance and optimizations.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in paid media strategy and campaign management within an agency or relevant industry.
- Proven experience with paid social, search, display, and programmatic advertising.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Experience with audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and conversion tracking.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in public relations or an understanding of how paid media integrates with PR and communications strategies is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification.
- Experience with influencer marketing and paid partnerships.
