Position Title: Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

Hybrid position
Reports To: Clinical Supervisor
Job Summary:
Interdynamics is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to provide high-quality individual, family, and group therapy services. The therapist will be responsible for maintaining a consistent schedule, providing timely documentation, and ensuring compliance with professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Care:
• Provide direct individual, family, or group therapy sessions.
• Maintain a consistent schedule and adhere to the schedule presented.
• Submit progress notes and complete the Client Service Form after each session, ensuring all documentation is submitted within 24 hours of seeing the client.
2. Documentation and Compliance:
• Keep up-to-date with professional standards and ensure all credentials and licenses are current and meet professional standards.
• Participate in supervision if not independently licensed.
3. Professional Development:
• Provide documentation of CPR training and HIPAA compliance training, to be completed annually.
4. Administrative Duties:
• Submit an invoice for payment every other Monday.
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Valid state licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Experience providing therapy in an outpatient setting is preferred.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Commitment to professional development and compliance with ethical standards.
