What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter (Mental Health recruiting experience is a plus!) position at Interdynamics Inc?
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruiting tools and platforms
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential candidates
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards
- Negotiate offers and employment terms with selected candidates
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection
- Conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure a smooth onboarding process
Experience:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment role
- Strong negotiation skills to leverage competitive offers
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is beneficial
- Understanding of employee orientation, talent management, and succession planning processes
