New established Automotive Engineering Company seeks Part-time Administrative Assistant in Englewood, OH
* This position has the potential to transition to a full-time direct hire within 1 to 3 months, depending on performance after starting the job as a temporary employee.
During the temporary staffing period, no benefits will be provided.
Working Conditions:
The first 1-3 months will be as a temporary employee from our staffing agency, working Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 17:00 PM (21 hours per week).
Based on your performance, the position may transition to full-time within the 1-3 month period.
Once transitioned to full-time, from Day 1, the employee will receive Health Insurance(Medical ONLY) and other benefits (Vacation, Sick leave, etc.) will be provided.
Other Health Insurance, such as Dental, Vision will be provided in the near future.
Skills: Previous office Administrative working exp., is required

Responsibilities:
*Prepare and manage invoices, estimates, and other billing documents
*Draft, submit, and organize documentation for government agencies
*Verify and record payments accurately
*Communicate effectively with Japanese staff (English)
*Maintain a clean and organized office environment
*Answer and direct phone calls professionally
*Greet and assist visitors in a courteous manner
*Accompany clients to meetings as needed
*Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment
*Perform additional administrative tasks as required
Communication with law firms as needed
Communication with payroll outsourcing companies and accounting firms
There may be occasions where you accompany meetings with clients
Qualifications:
*Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
( Japanese language skills are a plus, but not required.)
*Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities efficiently
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Temp-to-hire
