WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING :
Provide in-person IT support for MN employees when applicable.Coordinate the setup, configuration, and tracking of computers, peripherals, and mobile devices.Conduct IT onboarding and offboarding of employees, including IT orientation.Collaborate with hiring managers and People Culture to determine systems access for new users.Manage equipment inventory and purchase when low.Administer licensing, systems access and implement controls in accordance with company IT policy.Address escalated end user support and Help Desk tickets promptly and efficiently.Install, update, and troubleshoot software applications to enhance system performance.Repair or replace non-working monitors and docking stations in a timely manner.First-line IT support for MN showroom updates – installation of monitor arms, monitors and docking stations.Provide regular feedback on user experience and elevate concerns to VP of IT.Other duties as assigned.WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE :
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Network , Security , Cisco Certified Network Associate) are preferred.3 years’ experience in an IT support role.Comprehensive knowledge of computer systems and experience troubleshooting hardware and software.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to explain technical issues to technical and nontechnical employees and customers.Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn an array of computer hardware and software programs.Physical Requirements : While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop. The employee may occasionally lift and / or move up to 20 pounds. This position may require travel between offices, jobsites, and / or client locations, which may involve extended periods of sitting or standing, lifting light luggage, and adapting to different time zones.WHAT WE BRING TO THE TABLE :

The hiring compensation range for this position is $24-$31.25 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, as well as internal equity and market considerations.
