POSITION OVERVIEW :
A DIRTT Project Manager will manage multiple projects from order acceptance through to project close. They’ll represent the customer’s business interests on the job site, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish and that the installation is carried out seamlessly.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING :
Establish Project Budgets for Labor & Install Services.Create & Maintain Project Schedule.Verify Jobsite Conditions, Dimensions & Readiness.Coordinate Site Deliveries & Logistics.Pre-review order files and deliverables prior to Order Entry submittal.Review Production Acknowledgement and installation drawings.Coordinate pre-installation meeting with project and installation team.Monitor Installation work and schedule.Presence onsite with GC and other Trades by attending project meetings.Coordinate Tasks and Scope of Work with Other Trades.Assist with Reviewing / Responding to RFI Requests.Manage deficiency paperwork and process.Provide all closeout documents at Project Completion.WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE :
College Degree in building construction or construction management, or a technical diploma in engineering or architecture.Three to five years of construction, architectural, or related experience.Previous knowledge of demountable walls solutions including their layers and how they work together, as well as an understanding of how demountable walls are installed, would be an asset.Experience with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD™ and other 3D software, and an enthusiasm for learning new software programs.Ability to execute tasks efficiently and calmly when multitasking and quick thinking are required.A self-motivated and a problem solver.Outstanding interpersonal skills; work closely with all project stakeholders, internal team members and vendor partners to manage expectations and ensure a positive client experience.Strong organizational skills and the ability to remember the details of each project and scope of work.Excellent communication skills : Listens and gets clarification, responds well to questions, writes clearly and informatively.Ability to lead completion of multiple tasks and deadlines.Critical thinking and problem solving skills.Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities.Conflict resolution experience.Ability to tolerate stress.Physical Requirements : While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop. The employee may occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds. The hiring compensation range for this position is $75,000-$90,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, as well as internal equity and market considerations.
