Generative AI & Workflow Automation Specialist
We are seeking a Generative AI & Workflow Automation Specialist to drive innovation and efficiency by integrating AI-powered solutions into our business processes. This role will focus on developing and deploying generative AI models while leveraging automation tools to enhance productivity across the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, fine-tune, and optimize generative AI models to streamline operations and drive intelligent decision-making.
- Integrate AI-driven solutions into workflows and automate business processes using UiPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere.
- Utilize AI capabilities within enterprise technologies, including Cloud platforms, Salesforce, Snowflake, M365/CoPilot, and Oracle ERP, to enhance existing infrastructure.
- Design and implement AI prototypes and proof-of-concepts to foster innovation and encourage adoption across departments.
- Partner with CFO, COO, and department leaders to identify AI-driven opportunities for increased efficiency and operational excellence.
- Define and execute an AI strategy, establishing a scalable framework and team structure to expand enterprise capabilities.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on AI initiatives and their impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in generative AI model development using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, or Java, along with expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Hands-on experience with automation tools and a strong understanding of data visualization platforms such as Tableau and Power BI (a plus).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to translate complex AI concepts into actionable business solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working across teams to align AI strategies with business needs.
