Responsibilities
- Actively source and qualify candidates
- Screening and Assessing candidates for jobs bought in
- Business Development (both cold and warm) bringing onboard new clients
- Manage the client's needs and expectations
- Maintaining strong relationships in the market
- Working to improve recruitment efficiency
What do you require?
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities for business development
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the recruitment industry
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
