Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop effective solutions.
- Configure and customize D365 F&O to align with business processes, with a focus on SCM modules.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to empower end-users with knowledge and skills to leverage system functionalities effectively.
- Build and maintain relationships with business users and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
- Support ongoing system maintenance, enhancements, and upgrades, with a specific focus on SCM optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and SCM modules.
- Deep understanding of supply chain management processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- D365 F&O and SCM certifications are a plus.
