- Engage with client stakeholders to identify and analyze business challenges, translating them into actionable requirements. Lead the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions
- Design and architect comprehensive Salesforce solutions that effectively leverage platform capabilities, including configuration and custom functionalities
- Develop and implement robust test plans to ensure solutions meet quality standards and client requirements. Provide hands-on technical guidance to development teams
- Stay up to date with new Salesforce features and industry trends to deliver innovative solutions
Qualification:
- Over 5 years in the CRM industry, with a focus of at 4 least years on the Salesforce platform
- Proven ability to design and enhance business processes, effectively integrating various systems
- Strong client-facing communication skills, both written and verbal, combined with robust analytical capabilities to identify
- Active Salesforce certifications or a commitment to obtain them shortly after hire, alongside a demonstrated capacity for solving complex problems and delivering innovative solutions in dynamic environments
