Our client is a global Law Firm that is a fortune 500 law firm, with 10k employees with a large initiative for security and data protection
Role Responsibilities and needs:
The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing longer-term compliance projects, including conducting privacy and security assessments, as well as day-to-day operational support for companies across industry sectors. A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Strong communications skills;
- Attention to detail and responsiveness to the Firm’s and our clients’ needs, communications and requests;
- Experience in compliance as related to multi-jurisdictional privacy and cybersecurity programs;
- Experience with key privacy and cybersecurity laws and regulations, including (but not limited to) CCPA (and other US state privacy laws), GDPR, GLBA, COPPA, HIPAA, FTC Rules, NYDFS Part 500; and
- Experience with data breach analysis and reporting requirements, both in the US and internationally.
Top Requirements (MUSTS):
- Experience with – GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, NYDFS (Doesn’t have to be all but most)
- Able to provide the following Complete Risk assessments, Complete Documentation, Deliver Action Plans
- 3 days on-site in DC or NYC
