What You’ll Do:
🔹 Lead & mentor a high-performing contract recruitment team
🔹 Develop & execute strategic growth initiatives aligned with company goals
🔹 Build & maintain strong client relationships, delivering tailored staffing solutions
🔹 Collaborate with the executive team to drive best practices in recruitment & client engagement
🔹 Analyze market trends to stay competitive & innovative
🔹 Track performance with key KPIs to ensure division success
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Proven leadership experience in staffing or recruitment
✅ Deep expertise in contract recruitment strategies & execution
✅ Strong interpersonal & communication skills
✅ A track record of driving team performance & exceeding targets
✅ Proficiency in recruitment & CRM software (ideally Bullhorn)
