As a Senior Strategic Alliances Manager at interface.ai, you will support the growth and success of our partner network, building and nurturing relationships to expand our presence in the banking & credit union space. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align partnership efforts with company objectives and contribute to revenue growth through effective partner management and enablement programs. This role requires hands-on engagement with partners, making it ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do:
- Support the development and execution of partnership strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence through key channel partners.
- Engage with existing partners to ensure their success, enabling collaboration through regular check-ins and structured support programs.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners, ensuring they have the necessary tools and training for effective engagement.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential partners and actively nurture relationships to increase mutual value and drive results.
- Assist in negotiations with channel partners, working closely with leadership to secure favorable terms and long-term partnerships.
- Conduct basic market research and competitive analysis to keep current on industry trends and identify new opportunities within the partner ecosystem.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner contacts, serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communications.
- Represent interface.ai at select industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote our brand and generate new partnership leads.
- Provide regular updates on partner performance, tracking key metrics to ensure partner satisfaction and alignment with business objectives.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years of progressive experience in business development or strategic partnerships in B2B SaaS organizations.
- Experience partnering with organizations selling to financial institutions in the US is preferred
- Experience in a client-facing role, with a track record of managing partnerships or accounts to achieve revenue goals.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at various levels within partner organizations.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partners and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence partner stakeholders.
- Proactive, self-motivated attitude with a collaborative mindset and a high degree of initiative.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Compensation
- Total compensation is expected to be between $180,000- 200,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and location and there is a variable compensation component.
